Back to School—FINALLY!
Classes started today for what is hopefully my final year towards a undergraduate degree. I just want to say…I love college! I really have enjoyed every semester of my college experience and am so glad to be back. There is a good reason I am particularly excited this semester (please do not think I am rubbing this in!). I am just so grateful to have an awesome schedule for this semester. Only on Wednesday do I have a long day…from (9:30-6:00). I don’t have class on Tuesday and Thursday, but I do have an online class which I am planning to spend a couple of hours on. And then on Monday and Friday only from 10:00 to 3:00 and that is including the time it takes to ride my bike. I am so grateful that I have some time to be home and clean! Ryan also started school today…he is there right now. He is now going to work full time and school part time (every night until 7:00). I feel bad for him but glad he takes care of us so well. That is why I am so happy to be home to have dinner ready and clean, so he doesn’t have to worry.
Classes seem great. Shakespeare-Comedies and Romances—wanna know what the teacher is like? Think the extremely stereotypical english professor that all the female students swoons over. Glasses and button up shirt-oh but he leaves the top two buttons undone. I was like are you kidding me and the girls next to me kept giggling. I just found it funny.
Then, Theater Management, Theater History III (which has an awesome teacher) and so far that is all I have had. I loved going to BYU, but most of my classes were huge. BSU is more like UofA where it is big and it feels big but the theater department is small and tight knit. My biggest class was 35 and the smallest was 12 I think. All in all, I think it will be a fabulous semester!!
Ok so after reading this curious if you still wanna go to Hawaii? The offer still stands! Let me know!
Lots of love,

Jackie! My long lost friend, remember when we used to be friends???
| Posted 1 year, 1 month agoI am guessing Big Tuna, school for both of us and other church/family obligations are the culprits in the demise of our lunch dates! ahaha… but whenever you do find a free moment, let’s grab lunch, I found a great (and cheap!) little place that no one knows of. I love culinary secrets!
time to update, girl!
| Posted 1 year agoHi Jackie Jackie! I hope you get this message because I know your post is kind of old. Did Ryan tell you about the congratulations phone call? I’ve been wanting to call you to explain but don’t have your number anymore (Ryan’s is programmed in our phone but yours isn’t). Anyway, we really do have some people in our ward with the last name Carter and they just had a baby. If you don’t know what I’m talking about you need to ask Ryan and then call me or send me your number or something. We miss you guys and hope school and everything else is going well!
